CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, she requires a minimum of 12-hours notice. If you need to cancel your appointment you need to call Kallyn at 602.741.5099. Please leave your information on her answering service if she is unavailable. Please keep in mind that "No-shows" or last minute cancellations leave her with empty appointment times as well as other clients that can not get in but could have made it. Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows: |
